Sugar
A classic staple of sweet goodies and treats, but hardly reccomended to eat it raw. Sanctuary sugar is distilled in bulk from sweetflowers in spring and has a distinct refreshing aftertaste. Used to craft many recipies with a recipie book.
Flour
A staple of cooking, wheat flour is grown and milled on the Sanctuary outskirts, but imported from Earthly farmers during shortages. Used to craft many recipies with a recipie book.
Jam Thickener
Commonly known as "Pectin" to humans, jam thickener is a convenient by-product of sweetflower sugar distillation that thickens many ingredients into a pleasant spreadable texture. Used in a few recipies unlockable with a recipe book.
Glowy Goo
Glowy Goo is a Sanctuary specialty, only found in ancient caves and overgrown temples, made from harvested glow worms that feed off the naturally luminesceant Moonstones. Used in a few recipies unlockable with a recipe book.
Sparkling Holy Water
Fresh from the natural springs of the Sanctuary, this holy water has been purified especially for cooking and safe consumption. Used for a couple recipes unlockable with a recipe book.
Golden Honey
Gathered from carefully cultured honeybees on the Sanctuary, Golden Honey is a local pride because of its beautiful golden sheen and treacle flavoring. Some say its unique flavor and color comes from the great variety of rare flowers on the floating island, while others even go so far as to say it contains magical properties. So far, the scholars' data is inconclusive on that. One way or another, Golden Honey is a coveted ingredient with rare drop rate, but add it to your next honey glaze or bread spread for a kiss of sweetness in your next meal, thanks to the unsung heroes of honey bees and their beekeepers.
Olive Oil
The Sanctuary boasts the most flavorful cooking oils that would make all the Earthly gourmet varieties look pitiful. Despite the fact cooking oil can be distilled from a cocktail of crops grown on the floating island, olive oil is by far the most sought after due to it's rich golden hue and ease of cooking. Olives and Seraphlings go far back in history as a symbol of peace and community, which warrants a trip to the library to read up on! This Olive Oil can be used in a few unlockable crafting recipes.
